At the hotel roc illetas I was accommodated on the occasion of hotel transfer, and without knowing it, I am very impressed. the staff was very nice, the rooms were very well and the buffet very complete. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Roc Illetas Playa:
The restroom was dirty and a mess. The service is inattentive but the location is beautiful. I would recommend to visit puro Beach just for a drink and enjoying the view. View all feedback.
INCREÍBLE! Es el tercer año que repetimos mi chico y yo y estamos encantados. La atención maravillosa, comida exquisita y variada (teníamos media pensión), vistas increíbles y habitaciones bien equipadas, espaciosas y con cama muy cómoda.. imposible no desconectar! Hay acceso directo a la playa y piscina exterior e interior, saunas de vapor, de sales.. y masajes de varios tipos a contratar a parte. También tiene gimnasio con varias máquinas. Todo está impecable, no podemos poner ni una pega! Seguir así! Hasta la próxima, muchas gracias!! Adjunto foto de las vistas del solarium (donde hay clases de pilates muy buenas) y una de la habitación de este año en el edificio exterior.
Un hotel maravilloso, vistas increibles, habitaciones e instalaciones muy bonitas, el trato del peesonal de 10. Si vuelvo a Mallorca, repito sin dudarlo.
Lovely hotel. Breakfast good and our room was gorgeous. Lovely location by the sea and by Illetas beach club (book I'm advance if you want to go) and easy to get into Palma and from the airport. Only downside was some of the wait times in the hotel, we had a really bad experience in the pool bar/restaurant (which is lovely) but we waited 25 mins for a table at lunchtime even though we were the front of the queue! We were told to wait to be seated but people were overtaking or not even queuing. Then when we sat down noone took our order for 20 mins. So yes hotel is lovely but some improvement needed in service.
El hotel ha sido una sorpresa muy gratificante. La estructura del hotel en diferentes alturas hace que sea muy pequliar y divertido, y con unas vistas al mar increíbles. Bufet de desayuno amplio y generoso. Baños limpios y con buena presión de agua. La atención del personal del hotel; Josu, David, Félix, Alex, Daniel y todo el resto, que nos han dado ha sido con un cariño muy, muy especial. Gracias, volveremos.
