Next to the third Christmas dinner in the maricel, eating was once again excellent and the staff was very helpful. the environment is always amazing and the weather was great so that we were happy enough to eat outside. all 8 of us had a great time

Excellent meal again, the live music was also great. The service always very efficient, highly recommend.

Unfortunately we were really disappointed in this restaurant! We chose it as a treat to celebrate ohr engagement and it was just not great. The service was terrible, we waited around 10 mins to order drinks (i had to flag someone down), then around 15 minutes later a waitress asked what we wanted to order not realizing we hadn’t even been given menus yet! From then we began to notice more attentiveness to the other clients which we thought was strange and quite rude. An hour and a half since our arrival and our starters still hadn’t arrived, this was just mussels to share. Tried to flag someone down for ages but seemed to busy topping up other clients wine glasses etc. eventually we speak to someone and ask about our starter and she said hopefully it would be done soon. Another 10 minutes pass and we tell the next waiter we will he cancelling our order it was now 10:30pm (arrived at 8:30pm) and no starter. Miraculously our mussels appear 2 minutes after we said this, they were quite bland. Mains arrive around 10 minutes after this unfortunately super disappointed in the steak, somehow had zero taste! So unfortunate as it was the most expensive thing on the menu essentially! Accompanied by watery rice, really missed the mark. Would not recommend and disappointed that our engagement dinner was so terrible and we were treated like this. I don’t believe they did it on purpose but we were literally being ignored over other clients, possibly their hotel guests.

Impressive location and services . Excellent food. In some dishes quantity is not the adequate for the price paid. But go, it’s worth!
