I was in a group of golfers from the UK. We ate at Chemelis twice partly because it was so good first time round...and again second time. We ate a wide variety... read more I was in a group of golfers from the UK. We ate at Chemelis twice partly because it was so good first time round...and again second time. We ate a wide variety of starters and main courses and I feel sure we all agreed it was a good place with good service.

Called in without booking was told yes table for two no problem by a waiter and he went to take us into the restaurant another waiter arrived and seemed annoyed... read more Called in without booking was told yes table for two no problem by a waiter and he went to take us into the restaurant another waiter arrived and seemed annoyed and they appeared to argue . He then took us back to a table next to the door to the kitchen. The rest of the night was uncomfortable none of the waiters friendly our main meal arrived while we were still eating the starter, the waiter just forced the plates down making us move the starter plate out of the way, and said don't worry you can keep that plate. Rude just about sums up the whole attitude of the staff.
