I have eaten a lot of moules this week in Corsica and these were the best so far. I had them à la provençale and they were plump and delicious in a rich tomato and wine sauce. It was a good sign that we had to wait a while for them, because it meant that they were being freshly cooked. Wine is available in pichets of various sizes. View all feedback.
We went with the course menu, choose the salad entree and filet mignon, amazing! The salad had a yummy balsamic reduction, Corsican cheese with pesto. The pork tenderloin was soooo good, very tender, tasty sauce with bacon. The mashed potatoes were to die for! Great dessert, presentation was awesome. Loved it!
