And what a sur... read more We received a rather unusual welcome, with the remark that you can't pay by card, only cash. No problem. Glad this restaurant is open off season. And what a surprise both the service and the food were. The 400 gram ribeye steak was excellent, and the canneloni was superb. Highly recommended definitely go!

Arriving at the Chalet just in time, they found us a table for eight eve... read more A spontaneous lunch on January 2nd at 1:30 pm... We thought everything would be closed. Arriving at the Chalet just in time, they found us a table for eight even though the restaurant was full (on January 2nd at lunchtime! and we all had a wonderful meal. The cannelloni with brocciu cheese cooked over a wood fire was amazing, the penne alla carbonara was just like in Italy, and the 400g wood-fired grilled ribeye had an extraordinary flavor we won't soon forget. The potatoes were almost caramelized, and it was pure bliss. I recommend it 100%!
