low-end restaurant products well seen I saw it in the kitchen, they put on your plate the most expensive and frozen products. first and last frankly it is a piege to tourist. pizza with nothing in, cardboard. View all feedback.
Before or after discovering the beauty of the citadel of calvi, you have to enjoy the joy that it gives to sit in the candella to have a drink or a snack ... the restaurant is located in a small square of the citadel, is full of charm, it is very quiet and pleasant. It is typical of the Mediterranean places, with chairs of wicker, the dry clothes on the balconies ... another advantage is, once seated, the stunning views there, as you see the streets and under the sea with an absolutely perfect blue.
Welcoming patron and waitress. Pizzas were correct value/price ratio correct we had a nice time despite the strong wind tonight
We spent 5 years there and it was nice at the time but there it is just tourist scam: the Corsican menu has only the name. charcuterie plate with basal sausage, olive calf not marinated without flavorsn and limited quantities, fiadone heated with caramel sauce (bizarpathic) no fresh orezzaf members in the full season...A very average service the staff especially To avoid.
We went to visit for the day in Calvi. passing through the street, we noticed this restaurant that seemed very cute located in a warm little alley. a very friendly lady then came to see us to welcome us and present her card which gave us the desire to go. We were placed on a table sheltered by parasols. Once installed, we are told that the lunch menu is no longer served as the lady had told us a lot at first. We found that the prices were reasonable we decided to take a pizza each. After a little wait, the pizza was served to us. The lack of filling immediately jumped our eyes. For a salmon pizza we hardly found a true slice and for seafood pizza some mussels and placed in the center of pizza. the absence of a pizza knife made the cut quite difficult. To summarize we were disappointed the reality of the dishes we will not return.
