Why have there been no reviews since June 6th ? Ok, the food and service may not be the best in Calvi but what an atmosphere on a Sunday night. This is a small local restaurant off the tourist track and looked good. However after acceptable starters our main courses were really dreadful. Over cooked prawns and over cooked pasta the chef was a bit arrogant about our feedback goodness knows how bad it will be when it’s busy in peak season. View all feedback.

The fritto misto was full of oil, and the big beef antricot for two persons was full of fat.Horible for a 80 euro dinner.
We made the unfortunate mistake of dining at this restaurant tonight. The meals sounded excellent, but we were immensely disappointed. The entrees were passable, but the main dishes were a total catastrophe. The ‘cannelloni’ both looked and tasted like it had been prepared from a frozen TV dinner, and the squid was, no word of a lie, perhaps the single worst meal I’ve ever tasted in a restaurant. It was simply awful, and tasted like no squid I’ve ever eaten. Everyone in our group who tried the squid agreed. We mentioned our disappointment to the staff but absolutely zero effort was made to fix the situation. We were told that the kitchen staff was stunned we didn’t like it but that there was nothing that could be done. With so many other great options, there really is absolutely no reason to eat here. Save the 23 euros it cost each of us.
We who have been living in Calvi for months is the place to spend a good evening with music, drinks and excellent food value quality price considering being in calvi
