I ordered the Big Bacon Classic but received the Big Speck Cheddar Chicken Sandwich instead. I did not mention "chicken" or "cheddar" at all, so this mix-up shouldn’t have occurred. The fries were decent—neither great nor terrible—but I was surprised that they didn’t offer me any ketchup packets. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time; it was just me and one other customer, which makes the mistake even more perplexin... View all feedback.

Asked for no ice on my drink and half the drink was filled with ice.They also poured 5 pounds of salt in my fries.

The ladies who work in the late nights are fantastic, great customer service, and always professional as well as accurate... Thank you.
