Vernon McDonald's drive-thru this morning, and it was such a pleasure to be greeted by friendly, smiling, and cheerful staff. The woman taking my order and payment, as well as the one handing me my food, were incredibly nice. Their warmth really set a positive tone for my day. I also received my food in a very timely manner. Keep up the great work!

The food is often incorrect, and the fries are... read more The restaurant can be quite unclean at times, and the service is inconsistent—sometimes friendly, sometimes not. The food is often incorrect, and the fries are always served cold. There's also a very unpleasant odor in the establishment. I believe upper management should consider making an unannounced visit to witness the conditions for themselves.

Service was for takeout.
