We have been searching for a good pupusa place in the district and THIS. IS. IT. They are fresh and flavorful and I wish I had room to eat more because they are ? $3 pupusas are a win. My only complaint is how early they close : harder to come often. View all feedback.

I wanted to love it, I did.I personally think the menu should be much smaller. I don’t think they should offer Mexican because it doesn’t deliver: I ordered the fajitas, and I was very underwhelmed. I’m Mexican, I know what I dig. I appreciated the effort, but this was a miss for me.I think they should perfect their pupusas, and make that their focus: View all feedback.
Nice place for a quick bite in the morning. I recommend their breakfast burritos.
I truly enjoy this place. I come here often to get the same dish. I grab their 3 carne asada tacos. It’s one of my favorite spots to pick up tacos. Very authentic. I have had their paposas (not sure if I spelled it correctly) and they are great also.The service is kind and friendly. It seems like a family own business.
The absolutely best review I could have given this place: an empty plate! Food was that good.
Me and my wife stopped in a few times while staying in DC, and I'm still searching for a place that can replicate the flautas I had here. Incredible!
Amazing papusas and other Salvadorian food. Relatively inexpensive too which is a plus for the area.
