This is a wonderful little spot to have some great libations. The bartenders are spectacular and if you ask nicely will show you their interpretations on what they believe is a tiki drink View all feedback.
What CSW doesn't like about Tiny Tiki:
Definitely call ahead to make sure they’re open. Their website says they open at 4, we went there just after 5 and they were still closed. A lady in the resturant upstairs said she “thought they opened around 6.” The next day we went there around 10:30, and they were closed for a private event. I came here from out of town and I like to visit tiki bars around the country. This place was great. Not just a clever name, the bar is tiny. A result of the tiny bar is good service and focused attention. The drinks I ordered were top notch. I peeked at the food menu but nothing looked great. Curious if the food matched the drink quality.
Hidden spot with great atmosphere, delicious creative drinks, and the best bartenders. A DC treasure!
Tiny Tiki Bar is the best Tiki Bar in DC All the drinks are delicious and use super fresh ingredients.Make sure to ask for the Flaming Dan!
Definitely call ahead to make sure they’re open. Their website says they open at 4, we went there just after 5 and they were still closed. A lady in the resturant upstairs said she “thought they opened around 6.” The next day we went there around 10:30, and they were closed for a private event. We were pretty disappointed since we’re visiting from out of town and love tiki bars we make a point of visiting them in any new city we visit and we had Ubered pretty far out of our way to go there. They should really do a better job of updating their website. I’m sure it could be a fun place that I would have recommended to all my friends and colleagues who visit DC, but I guess I’ll never know.
