Nice intimate bar setting with strong drinks. I got the Margarita Slushie, it was the best I’ve ever had. I did that thing where you forget to eat dinner so I got really tipsy off just the one drink. The truffle fries sobered me up, really great fries too. My bud thought it was weird that the cheese on top of the fries never melted. Highly recommend. View all feedback.
What Father Hood doesn't like about The Haymaker In Wash:
Customer service was not right from the start and never warmed up. The inside is rather on the dark side for décor but is nice for a drink and go. Ordered the ceviche which was very sweet and didn't taste like ceviche more like a mango salsa. The kale salad was very soggy and lacked overall flavor. The hot honey shrimp were flavorful but due to the service would not return or recommend. View all feedback.
Great spot. The staff is really friendly and the food is delicious. They often change up the menu by bringing in guest chefs too.
