Super Franc - Calumet-Norvelt

Went with some family while they were in town. By far the best steak I have had at a restaurant. The craft drinks were solid, but the hanger steak is the deal maker for me.

Went on Valentine's Day and had the worst service. I think they were under staffed which is totally understandable given the shortages, but the waitress who worked that night never came to our table after seating us and had to physically go ask her if she could take our order after sitting for 30 minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all, only two other couples were there and she kept forgetting what we ordered. There was an older man who brought out our food who was very friendly and was correcting the waitresses mistakes, he should get a promotion! The food was meh also, so probably won't be going back.

Took over 40 minutes for one drink (restaurant not busy at all) and forgot my order after bringing my boyfriends. Waitress never came to check on table, bartender was the one to acknowledge we hadn’t been served. $70 tab for two drinks, a salad, and a burger. Don’t waste your time.

Don't go here. The food was not good and took forever to come. I would be more understanding if it was a busy restaurant, but we were the only ones dining. In addition to that, my fiancées fish was undercooked. I would've thought with how long we waited, the food would've been cooked well. Then one of our dishes took so long we ended up canceling the order completely. Maybe we went on a bad day but there is no way I could recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Friends and I were trying to find a nice breakfast place in the neighborhood. Let’s just say..I will never come here for breakfast again . Slow service. Rude staff. Chef does not know how to cook breakfast dishes. ? Very simple more like fast food style food. Amazing decor inside canopy Hilton in dupont circle dc area But disappointed when it comes to service and food. See my sandwich I ordered. This is supposed to be a hot egg cheese and sausage on a bun. Cheese has not melted. Egg is cold , sausage is cold a bun looks like it’s just greasy . I could not even take one bite. I would have a better hot sandwich at McDonald. I Wish it would Shut down. And or a new place takes over here.
