What Chente Donjuan doesn't like about Starbucks:
Visiting D.C. and this location was lacking customer service. Barista wasn't at her post and she seemed unenthused to help us. No smile, hello and Thank you!I just don't understand why people do something they don't enjoy. I go to this Starbucks location for the environment. It’s a great open space with multiple levels and a roof deck, accompanied with easy and free parking
Very rude staff!The HR team should be train how to take a customer service and how to work.
Currently employing the type of trash that stare you in the face and aren't civilized enough to acknowledge you.
Friendliest staff! They offer Starbucks Reserve drinks, and a 2nd floor outdoor patio space.
Go-to spot but rap is not appropriate for coffee shop. Please stop playing that ridiculous Common song and stick to jazz.
