Richard's Place In Wash

Eat before you arrive! The worst on earth! Ikea has better food then this place! And it should be called exactly what it is....a cafeteria! Distrusting and shamefully over priced! We are not third graders so why would they even think this was the right thing to do?

Strange cafeteria style process. Select dessert first, then soup or salad, then go to bar with check sheet to order entree. Soup good. Entree a minimal sized appetizer that server brings to your table was hot and OK.. Dessert cake was not fresh/ hard and server replaced. Overall food OK but not dinner size portions, and hi price for what you get. Then expected to bus own table.

Overrated and overpriced, no decor, no specials, just expensive drinks... Pay to play!

Took the family to see Ann for my mom's 85th birthday. Play was great, but Richard's place was a huge disappointment. Staff was incredibly rude to everyone in line; they gave incorrect information about simple ingredients like tomato regarding a food allergy; the hot entrees were served cold and tasted terrible. As others noted the only decent food was the desert.

I would give this place one star but I cant! The food was disgusting except for the cookies and baked mac and cheese and on top of that the crew had such an attitude for zero reason! Only one employ (black woman with half shaved head) had a good attitude and personality this one star is for her.
