Brought back fond memories of my semester abroad in London.
Food is good but restrooms are filthy! Given how expensive the food is, cleaner facilities would be expected.
Staff is friendly, and they will ask your preference towards milk, which is what I didn’t expect! But I would like my chai latte to have more stronger flavor.
It’s always disturbing when you hear the toilet flush, then the employee exits but you didn’t hear the sink. And then there’s also pee on the seat. $8 ham and cheese croissant not worth it, either.
I’m from Boston and was visiting friends in Baltimore for the week. We stopped in DC for the day and found Pret while walking around. The Staff were extremely friendly and the atmosphere clean and calming. I had a regular coffee and my friend a Pumpkin Latte and we enjoyed both. Thank you for a great experience!
