Amazing dinner for an amazing price. The quality of this Italian is second to none and the staff were so friendly. The pizza was especially excellent it tasted fresh and made of high quality ingredients. Additionally, the location was extremely convenient. We also had breakfast here the following morning. The bread was extremely fresh, as was the granola bowls and omelettes that we had. View all feedback.
What Katherine Wang doesn't like about Piccolina Da Centrolina:
This place provides ok quality of food. However, the service was terrible. I ordered a pizza and a drink. Then the waitress came by and I asked her to bring the bill. She said yes but left me waiting for around 10 min. I had to wait in line to pay for it. The summer special matcha lemonade tasted awful btw. View all feedback.
Iced latte and lemon ricotta cake! What a great combo on scrotch hot day! I like every details of the Piccolina! Plates, napkins, coffee machine, logo, cook books
Certainly gets our approval. My flat white was probably the best coffee I?ve had so far during our trip to the States. Rhubarb tart was great sharp and not over sweet unlike most other cakes and desserts we?d had up until visiting Piccolina (the locals? affinity to sweetness is too much for me).
I keep coming back. I tried some of the small baked treats for my first time. I took them back to the office and they were thoroughly enjoyed by all. They were not tough or too brittle, nor were they unbearably sweet. The charred grapefruit I got was missing a little something, the charred sugars didn't really add enough sweetness to the grapefruit to make it truly enjoyable to my liking. Over time I also tried their wood-fired pizza which was spot-on. The sauce profile was
Wow this place has it going. Their lunch sandwiches are delicious. The fusion of seasoning and flavors with melted cheese and spinach with pork danced on my mouth. Add some fast efficient service in a really cute area called City Central and you feel like you have gone totally uptown.
What a lovely cafe recommended by Eatery. The 10 layered eggplant parm was such a delicious take, well sauced, savory, and sweet one of the best I've had that wasn't homemade. I was excited to try their famous focaccia and was not disappointed, fresh bread and perfect crunch. That and pairing their rainbow cookie with a La Columbe latte with oat milk... It was more than I could ask for. Not to mention friendly service ????
