What DavidT doesn't like about Café Du Parc:
Our first date was at a restaurant inside the Willard many years ago so we returned for our anniversary. Apparently the old restaurant no longer exists and we opted to dine at Cafe Du Parc in hopes that it was a reasonable replacement. The service was excellent! Great breakfast! We loved the eggs Benedict and avocado toast. We also liked dinner. We tried the salmon, which was okay, but nothing special, and the baked chicken breast, which was delicious and came with amazing mashed potatoes.
The cutest little French pastry shop! Delicious coffee! Right next to the White House and across from the WWI memorial.
