Really good bread and butter. Bread had a crunchy thin crust, soft pillowy insides. And cute location. I would definitely go out of my way from baltimore just to come back here again. Also very decent priced bread. View all feedback.
It’s worth the transfer from the Yellow to the Red line to get here from Alexandria. The bread is that good! It’s tiny inside, so the line usually forms in the alley outside.
This can be hard to find. If you’re looking for it, it’s down the alley the right of Palette 22, there is a sign that says Bread Alley on the wall. The door to the bakery is light brown wood. The bread here is outstanding. I first had it at Le Diplomate. Picked up 2 sour dough and 1 focaccia. The bread is so good. We made bruschetta at home and this bread held up to it nicely. The staff were nice, too.
Thank god breadfurst quit delivering on sunday or we would have never found this gem..Best baguette in the city!
So happy they brought the croissants back! But everything here is textbook perfect, you can't go wrong. I'd go here every day if I could!
