Despite getting the wrong food item and it being cold and overcooked, I am particularly turned off by the cashier behavior. She was acting so mean to me and the other customers, very poor customer skills, giving everyone an attitude?? Shamick is ALWAYS pleasant and COUTEOUS, as well as the rest of the crew at Au bon pain.
DO NOT EAT HERE! I stopped here on my way to a meeting and the service is very poor. Poor customer service with bad attitudes. layout makes zero sense trust me they wouldn’t even try helping you figure it out. Food was disgusting and tasted old. Bugs everywhere dont get me started on the MICE I’ve seen just sitting for an hour here. This place needs to be shut down ASAP
Really bad service!!! Bad attitude of employees. Even they don't pay attention to the orders and give you what they want.
I have only been here twice and I always have the same problem, the rude and impolite attitude of the girl in the cashier does not change
So I didn’t know I couldn’t use napkins to wipe my nose and mouth and place it on the table while I am still at the table. Person came to me to tell me she saw me cleaning my nose and I placed the napkin on the table that I was at and it’s nasty and I should not be doing that. I listened to her and said sure as I am uninterested in dealing with power freaks. I find this absurd as I have never had such issues at any other place I have been dining at. This person is the security person.I ended up speaking with the manager who apologized and gave me fruits before I left. I also called the security company that the employee belongs to and filed a complaint. Samson security services is the name of the company. Be careful, do not allow your dining in experience to turn into one where you are being harassed by security staff for wiping your nose and mouth with your napkins while you are seated at a table trying to enjoy your first meal of the day.
