New China Buffet - Calumet City

I've been visiting this buffet for 10 years, and it's my favorite spot for celebrations. My family and I go every year, except during the COVID pandemic. The selection of food and drinks is excellent, and when a dish runs out, it usually takes about 5 minutes to be restocked. The food is always served warm, and it's all-you-can-eat. They also have areas designed for children. One of the standout items is the shrimp, which is a favorite for many, so it can occasionally run out, but they refill it quickly. The buffet offers a variety of options, including Chinese fried rice, pizza, garlic bread, fried chicken, sushi, ice cream, a fruit station, Jello, and a selection of small cakes, among others. I would definitely recommend it to others!

The food is excellent for the price! I absolutely love the butter shrimp! The restaurant is also very clean, and the ice is great too.

I had lunch here today and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of food options available. The $11 price for the Sunday buffet is definitely worth it. Everything I chose was delicious and served hot. My friend picked a few items that could have been hotter, especially the fried foods. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our meal. The items on the salad bar tasted fresh. I didn’t have any dessert because I was too full, but it looked tempting. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place to eat. The buffet is ingenious with many traditional Chinese food, salad bar and first-class seafood such as crabs, shrimps, squids, crabs Rangoon, salmon and other fish. Many choices and the food tastes delicious. There are small desert station, ice cream and free soda. The temperature of some buffets could be somewhat higher, and the staff can be more friendly.

Yesterday was our first time in this fine restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the excellent service, with the exceptional cuisine and booze and with the comfortable charge. We will no doubt go back there soon.
