The restaurant is Mediterranean styled, which paired with amazing view of the sea and typical spanish music comes to a really great ambient experience while eating. Waiter was doing a really good job and was speaking English, which off-season is quite a rarity. I got my drink very quickly, but on the other hand, waiting time for te food was much longer than usual (around 25-30 minutes). However it was definitely worth it! Chicken in garlic oil I ordered was stunning in its taste. Overall, the food quality is really high, and the prices are good for your wallet. I recommend it for all of you :D
I'd advise to avoid, as the place is average at best. Just like many others said unfriendly staff, zero customer service (not even a smile! . The croquettes arrived still frozen inside so had to send them back. The paella was just ok my partner can cook a better one (and he's not a chef . Sadly, overpriced and under delivered, but I was in desperate need of food.

Very bad meal and customer service diabolical. Could not eat the beef steak and told the waiter. No reduction in bill as was told my starter and pudding would cost more ?? Have been going here for 20 years but unfortunately no more. Prices gone up but food quality definitely declines. Such a shame.
We come here every holiday since a few generations, my parents came here and now we come with our kids. A visit without a meal at las Olas would be missing something … we love the simplicity and warm hearted owners. The first evening is always set and decided : Great and constant high quality of food, simply excellent!!! It feels like coming home, warm welcome and friendly open atmosphere for everyone. Try it you‘ll miss something if not especially the paella delicious :
This is the best value restaurant on the coast , Good choice of starters , also main courses and fabulous paella. Desert and half a bottle of wine each, or beer for 12 .50 Euros . Great Spanish atmosphere and an owner who knows his customers and their likes and dislikes ! Very well recommended again . We have been patronising Las Olas for at least 20 years !
Good food. Not many seats by the window and can be a bit hot inside on a sunny day. The paella is better than a lot of more expensive places
I was introduced to Las Olas on a golf trip in April and was very impressed then. I then brought the family 8 of us for a holiday in Calpe in September and took them to sample the food. It is a family run restaurant offering three excellent value Menu del Dias, you can imagine eight diners different ages and two of them requiring gluten free food being difficult for any restaurant. For Las Olas there was no problem in fact everyone said it was one of their favorite meals of the week.Steaks ,Lamb, paella all went down well. Will be visiting again on my next golf visit without a dopubt.

First visit and not disappointed, everything was really, really good. not complaining only brilliantly.
Cheese salad and anchovies without work, anchovies were small. paul, I saw them better. in the local a rather unbearable noise. However, the attentive and useful waiters.
Restaurants in calpe recommended very good price of quality and your people very friendly and predisposed. I will return.
Very good kitchen, as well as the emerald service and the kindness of the waiters. and the price quite garlic
