Been coming to Calpe regularly for over 30 years. Eden bar was always our first stop for a tasty snack and drinks overlooking the beach. The 2 owners were lovel... read more Been coming to Calpe regularly for over 30 years. Eden bar was always our first stop for a tasty snack and drinks overlooking the beach. The 2 owners were lovely over the years and always recognised our family and welcomed us. The food used to be great and the staff courteous and welcoming. Sadly this time it has changed ownership and it’s not the same. Not as well kept, tables not wiped and floor dirty and not swept. Staff seemed unfriendly and disinterested. Had to look over several times before anyone came over and we were the only customers in the place! The drinks came quickly but the Sangria was watered down tasting and not good. When we wanted to order more drinks and get the bill, again it seemed as if they were doing us a favour and took ages to Come over. Sad to say we probably won’t go back unless it looks as if improve things a lot.

The staff were not courteous and never came back to see if we wished for another drink. We felt we were an inconvenience. Sadly we Will not go back and have been going there for years..
