Hungry Jacks - Caloundra

I dropped in for a quick lunch and was greeted by a very friendly Courtney serving at the counter All smiles and very helpful and she continued to be that way as I observed her with the other customers tooMy special order was promptly made, came out fresh, hot, and well presented (not thrown in the box as many fast food places do)All the staff were working well together and had all done their job to create a very nice meal for meIt was just busy, but still the restaurant tables and floor could have been better cared for and cleaner. A quick wipe and sweep wouldhave sorted that All in all a great experience

Pathetic disrespectful disgusting rude serviceThe so called manager is a 15 year old girl called Georgia who don't know how to deal with clients in a respectful way, she does not have a grain of respect for older people and have no idea what the word hygiene and effective customer service means. I suspect the owner of this franchise must be a moron because this place has changed staff more times in the last 3 years than if changed my shoes. every time you get there the staff is all new. is always a couple of kids working there who is clearly not brought up well, no manners and no respect.we live in Caloundra and usually avoid the place as much as possible, every now and then (like tonight) we give them another chance, my daughter found a piece of plastic and something that looks like floor dust in her food(how can this be) the manager had no sorry bone in her body and don't know the word sorry at all.. don't know how long this one will last before the next idiot starts working there, but me and my family and my friends is never ever going back there.. the owner is clearly trying to save money by employing low class people to work for them.. why dont you just do the honorable thing and close the joint down, Punk.. if you want to know what good service is, go to Mcdonalds in Caloundra or Subway or any other takeaway in town... Warning to others, don't go there mate, you going to be sorry..the place is sick and the service is disgusting. (what happened to the health inspectors, they clearly not doing their job)last time we went there the fat guy at the last window took my credit card for payment then disappeared behind a black tinted window, he put my card somewhere and only gave it back after about 2 minutes, this made me feel real nervous because you cannot see what they do with your card behind this window, when you ask for your card back they simply ignore you and only give it back when it suits them, hoping you will forget your card and leave without it.. but the pathetic service is not only at this outlet, is also at the one on the motorway just down the road on your way to Brisbane.. All i can say is thank you Mcdonalds, at least we can trust you when we're hungry.. you're not an angel but is much cleaner and mostly professional.

I wanted a cup of tea only and I was delighted in the result. Staffer asked for how much milk ( how white ? ), sugar and if I wanted the tea bag left in. Tasted great and will be back again.

How a breakfast wrap can be so utterly revolting is perfectly demonstrated at this place. Totally dry chewy sausage 'thingy' tastless sliver of bacon and a grey egg that stunk. Had to throw it. Wrapped up like a dogs dinner. Only second time I have been to hungry jacks, both times at this outlet.First time had a bacon and egg muffin, tasteless, mainly of hot grease. I thought I might have just had a bad one off experience but the wrap confirmed the place should be avoided like the plague. The orange juice wasn't proper juice, more like sweetened concentrate and cup filled with ice so don't get much. Service painfully slow to order both visits though not many people there. I'm not a regular of places like this but I'd go to McDonalds in Caloundra where the food and service is of mich better calibre.

The Food was rotten one time. The service is disgraceful, the drinks were not cold and only half full, the drive through was the worst and the "restaurant" (as they call it) is filthy and there is food all over the floor. I would have rated it 0 stars but there was no option for that. This place needs to be closed down!!!
