The cured shrimp and rice were disappointing today. The rice was watery and lacked flavor, accompanied by four rubbery garnishes, and the portions were the smallest I've ever seen. I've had much better meals here in the past, but today was a total letdown. I even mentioned to the waitress that there were no changes to the cooking or recipe.
