It resembles a beautiful animal sanctuary, but unfortunately, there’s no café here. We stopped by and were informed that they only open on a few days each year for special events. View all feedback.
I had a really good cup coffee in cafetierre (the espresso machine was out of action). I enjoyed drinking with a piece of lemon cake, sitting in the sun with a view over the grill place to the animal sanctuary (to which the caffe is connected).
I had a really good cup of cafetierre coffee (the espresso machine was out of action). I enjoyed drinking it with a slice of lemon cake, sitting in the sun with a view across the cricket pitch to the animal sanctuary (to which the cafe is attached).
We visited Goatacre Sanctuary and had a coffee and a cake before visiting the animals. Everyone was really friendly and all the profits go back into the sanctuary and the care of the animals. Definitely want to visit again!
Looks like a lovely animal sanctuary but there is no cafe here. We stopped en route and were told they only open a few days a year and for special events.
Visited after the animal sanctuary open day on the may bank holiday. Lovely tiny cafe, offers cake and sausage rolls and hot/cold drinks. The cakes were delicious and all home made I recommend the strawberry and banana muffin slice and the lemon cake. I wish they could heat up the sausage rolls.
