If you're going to close early, please update your hours so customers are aware of when you really close.

I've attempted to rea... read more I ordered a 4-piece meal on Sunday, May 8, 2022, at 5:45 PM. The chicken was an overly dark brown, excessively greasy, and incredibly dry. I've attempted to reach out to the store multiple times for a refund, but with no success! I just want my money back! If my order was placed too close to closing time, you should have let me know instead of serving me chicken that was inedible and potentially unsafe. The quality here is very disappointing.

I placed my order, and it was prepared in just a few seconds, but the cashier’s smirk was quite unappealing. The chicken was served cold, and overall, the service fell short of expectations. I was so dissatisfied that it made me want to vent my frustration by throwing the chicken at the staff!

After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I was shocked to find Gaurav, the server, turning people away, stating that they were closed. After another 20-minute wait for my vegetarian sandwich, I discovered a hair in my food. When I asked Gaurav to take it back for a photo, his sarcastic response was, “Do you want me to put my hair in it?” Aman, a woman from the kitchen, insisted that there couldn’t possibly be hair in the food because they wear hair nets. I wish I could give this place less than one star; it was truly the worst service I've ever encountered.
