We had a wonderful week at Villa Roma Resort with my family and friends. We stayed from Sunday to Sunday and enjoyed all the activities, restaurants, and lots of laughter and memories. Joy, Doc, and Katrina were fantastic and made our stay unforgettable. We can't wait to see what they have planned for next year's camp. What User doesn't like about Villa Roma Resort Sullivan Catskills Vacations:
The room itself had issues including no hot water, a malfunctioning coffee machine, and an unplugged phone. Additionally, the hotel seemed poorly maintained and understaffed, with workers lacking name tags and confusing communication between staff members. Overall, our stay at Villa Roma was disappointing and fell short of our expectations. View all feedback.

The Keith Dougherty show was excellent and we are already looking forward to returning next year. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, the pools were amazing, and the staff was very friendly. This was our 15th year at Villa Roma and we are excited for many more memories to come. Villa Roma truly brings our family together for a fantastic and amazing holiday.
Our family and friends had another fantastic week at the Villa Roma resort, from Sunday to Sunday. We enjoyed all the activities, restaurants, and shared plenty of laughs and memories. This year marked our 30th visit to the Villa Roma, and we can't wait for another 30 more. We are grateful for the resort bringing our family together and creating another memorable holiday experience.
As usual, I review what I experienced, as I did not the pools, bumper boats or did I golf, I will not comment there. I rented a “suite” here as a crashpad, while we visited a concert near. I therefore understand that the cost was somewhat higher, as the reasonableness I chose not to use, but my assessment is not based on the cost of this extras, but first impressions and total costs. tired. that is the best word to sum it up. yellow walls, thread-shaped carpets, walls that weep for the color, give everyone the impression of a once huge establishment has spoiled and worn in today's world. As mentioned earlier, I attended a event close to the hotel and was so hopeful to use the shuttle. a dozen try to reach the reception by phone to book it, everything failed. they just didn't pick up the phone. So at the arrival I asked about the shuttle and of course it was booked. I then asked my inability to connect and they said they were too busy. too busy to talk to guests? to buy for customer service? that sets the stage for our stay. room, bed, in a single, unpleasant smelling hotel without ordinary conveniences, no safe, no drinking water, no extra cover or kissing, no room service, no ice bucket, just nothing. they find another place when they sleep a good night to be reasonable, at least in my opinion.
We have a timeshare on week 26 and look forward all year to spending our favorite week there with our family, and friends who have become family. The people, staff, activities all help to make for a great vacation.
