Delicious food and delightful staff! Highly recommend the pork chop and brick chicken. Drinks are also very good. Hot spiked apple cider and river water were our most favorite! View all feedback.
What Cristina Hart doesn't like about The Creek House Grill:
Such a shame! Been here twice. The service is TERRIBLE! but the food is AMAZING! Such a contradiction. They really need to hire more people or the manager or owner should be there since it seems like the 2 girls are running the show. They're running around the place like crazy, trying their best, constantly apologizing for the MASSIVE delay on EVERYTHING, one girl was definitely crying in the bathroom, but once you g... The bartender/ waitress/ hostess was great. I had the burger and my wife had fried chicken and Mac n Cheese. Both were delicious. Burger was cooked perfect!
April is an amazing host and always makes my experience there quite enjoyable. Chefs on point, wonderful portions and high quality meals. Ten stars!
First of all I would like to say thank you to all the staff the food was unbelievable and the drinks were superb. I like to think our waitress for being very professional and funny all the same time it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it to anybody that comes by this place
Went there tonight for the 1st time, I started with the bone marrow appetizer. The buttered bread was delicious and the 2 bones were on the small side but very tasty, there was a little to much salad for my taste but I would definitely recommend it. I then had the shrimp Po boy, to my surprise it came as an open faced sandwich on a roll that was more fit for a small lobster roll, which is also on the menu. The thing about a true Po boy really is about the fresh baguette, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Granted in our little town of Callicoon it would be difficult to get such a delicacy but they could have tried a little harder. So because the roll was to small you couldn't make a real sandwich without having to perform surgery on the components that were provided. After cutting up the extremely large but tasty tomato and trying to fold the rest of the ingredients into the very small roll I had a mess but it was tasty. We also had the steak, which was cooked perfectly and had a lot of flavor and a side of the Mac and cheese which was also good. Unfortunately like everywhere they were short staffed and the 2 waitresses we're hustling the best that they could but the place has a bar and no bartender so that made for the already over taxed staff even more stressed. If I could give a half star this review would be a 3.5 because the food was tasty and the staff really friendly. The prices were a little high but I will go back.

Just has such great potential to do so much better. We wanted more drinks and dessert but we figured it would take too long. the Mac and cheese, fried chicken, lobster roll, NY Strip Steak are all amazingly delicious.
