The old... read more I was very disappointed with my experience at the Shell station tonight when I went in to get a sandwich. After a long day at work, I was really hungry. The older gentleman behind the counter, who was wearing glasses, told my husband and me that he didn't want us to order a sandwich because his dinner would get cold. I found this quite unacceptable; after all, we were there for our dinner, and it was his job to serve us. His behavior was very unprofessional, and we left feeling quite upset. As locals who frequent that station, it was disheartening to be treated in such a manner. This isn’t the first time he has made inappropriate comments to us, which just adds to our frustration.
