Pizza is very good, they have other offerings but I go there for the pizza. They also prepare to go and will deliver. Salads are fresh and Camu Camu is a good regresco. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Chez Maggy:
Even though living overseas requires one to lower their standard somewhat when eating at a restaurant there is still an expectations that one would like met. The thin crust pizza that Chez Maggy's offers was pretty good, but there were a whole lot of things that were not. While giving our order, the waiter had to go to the back several times to see if they had what we wanted. Even after ordering a plate of anticuchos... View all feedback.
I guess if you really long pizza, this is the place to go because obviously there is nowhere else to go in Pucallpa (unfortunate that happens in many provinces of Peru except Lima). You have to work on the crust. I do not recommend the garlic bread AT ALL, they give it as courtesy, but honestly it is only sweet bread with butter. Also there are not many veggie options except veggie pizza and margherita.
A really interesting, well-visited local restaurant with delicious dishes. Many local family groups. A really good value. Real pizzas hot from the Clay pizza oven. Delicious parilla of chicken. Waitresses said no word of English. Honestly friendly and I'm going back.
I love her pizza. I delivered them about once a week. I can't recommend the Mexican food. They were in Pucallpa forever. The wood fired, oven cooking is great. Very recommended.
Went to this place with friend who recommended the pizza and the place definitely didn't disappoint us. Very good pizza and the service was ok, it's a place where you can find good food and nice service.
Have been in Peru often - and this is hands down the best pizza I have found in many different districts of Peru - a must if you are missing pizza!
