Juan del Mar Mesa Peruana

Peruvian inspired restaurant with great location in a place in san diego part of the old city. service was very good and eating came fast although they were busy.

We were the only customers on the terrace facing the plaza, where we looked after the corner but have no care. the service was attentive and friendly, despite no common speech! surely we have waited for our main courses, but. I don't mind if the courts are well prepared. they were. the thunfish (see photo) was declared delicious. I had a .let say fish soup with lots of white fish, mush, a few crawling claws and rice on the side. I asked for extra spicy salsa on the side that fits me well. medium price I would say, but good value for money.

We went first to the sister restaurant juan del mar over the plaza, but they were closed and the waiter pointed us to juan del mar peruana, which just opened. the waiter was amazing and that was how to eat. my gf had a...piña colada that was delicious. I had a non-alcoholic drink that was better than her. the appetizers were incredibly tasty and the escapes were also good. one of the appetizers was the mixed ceviche. everything was great and we will have a hard time to decide the next time between this and juan del mar.

When we are here it was ranked but it was so much better. A huge menu. The food was great as was the service. Linda has a ceviche and I had beer. Highly recomended.

We had the best dinner in this restaurant is so different then other cause the chef Miguel Angel Valderrama is a real chef who will give you a art of cocine very delicious meal very happy with the service very friendly place ! go there.... You will be happy .
