I’m not kidding the last three or four times we’ve been here the staff hides and is nonchalant about everything. They try their best to get you to leave. The speaker is always broken so you have to drive to the window Which is no big deal, but when you get to the window they tell you there’s a half an hour wait on everything and they roll their eyes when you’re talking to them. The last time we were here, we waited over an hour for our food, which was missing half of everything. I have a large family and when you get home and half of your food is missing it’s not OK! We came back today, trying to give KFC in my area another chance. Everything is literally the same or worse. Every comment I’ve read that is recent is very true! KFC in the Callaway area is no longer getting my business! This place needs a real manager that will come clean house and turn this place around before it goes under. Sorry, KFC this is unacceptable!
