The Best KFC I have ever been too in a long time. What User dislikes about Kfc:
The drive thru speaker hasn't worked in over a year. The workers are are still slow. I walk in and wait 30 minutes with only 2 other people in front of me. They like to sit outside and take smoke brakes outside. They sit in their cars. I've seen 4 employees that could have had use, with only 2 inside. They need so much help, but they waste time. I ordered a takeout lunch, and unfortunately, the food was cold when I received it. In terms of service, I would rate it a 3 out of 5, while the overall atmosphere of the place also gets a rating of 2. I would recommend the 8 Piece Meal, as well as the side dishes and chicken tenders. On the positive side, there’s plenty of parking available, and it’s all free! The average cost per person for a meal is between $10 and $20. Overall, I’d give the food a 2 out of 5.

Terrible experience—definitely don't waste your time or money here. I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes without anyone coming to take my order. When I eventually drove up to the manager, who was outside smoking with a tall tattooed individual, they informed me that the speaker was broken. They really should put up a sign about that, and honestly, this place should be shut down. The staff was rude as well! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
What in the absolute hell happened to this place?? I’m not kidding the last three or four times we’ve been here the staff hides and is nonchalant about everything. They try their best to get you to leave. The speaker is always broken so you have to drive to the window Which is no big deal, but when you get to the window they tell you there’s a half an hour wait on everything and they roll their eyes when you’re talking to them. The last time we were here, we waited over an hour for our food, which was missing half of everything. I have a large family and when you get home and half of your food is missing it’s not OK! We came back today, trying to give KFC in my area another chance. Everything is literally the same or worse. Every comment I’ve read that is recent is very true! KFC in the Callaway area is no longer getting my business! This place needs a real manager that will come clean house and turn this place around before it goes under. Sorry, KFC this is unacceptable!
