Winn-dixie - Callahan

Cortney is the most stunning cashier I have ever encountered.

I visited the Win Dixie in Callahan, FL around 3 PM on October 26, 2021, to request that a whole chicken be cut into pieces. I was informed by the manager that they didn't have the manpower or time to accommodate this request. He explained that the equipment is too time-consuming to operate and clean, so they have decided to stop offering this service. At that moment, there were only two employees working in the meat department, and I’ve never seen more than two there in the past when I needed meat cut—most of the time, it’s just one person. It seems to me that some people use the current “snap” situation as an excuse to be lazy and avoid their responsibilities while still collecting a paycheck.

The store is always clean. I can usually find what I am looking for.

Came through this location on Monday and my cashier Tisha was absolutely phenomenal! Great customer service and incredibly friendly, will definitely go out of my way to return to this location.

Great place for groceries in Callahan. I usually visit here 2-3 per week and every time I go it's quick and easy. They have plenty of lanes open so you're not waiting in line too long. Shelves are always stocked with what I'm looking for and the people are very friendly and eager to assist you. Highly recommend!
