Do it! The quality is AMAZING. We had both the spicy chicken and brisket burger ... and did not look up from our food the entire time. Could not stop eating! There was nothing about the brisket burger $18) that wasnt perfect- bread, seasoning, bacon ... worth the price and it came with fries. Great local lunch spot but hard to find place, the name out front will also say “Pickled Pig”.

Josh is simply the BEST! Anything he makes is delicious! His Kahlua pork and ahi poke are heaven. AND his chicken sandwhich melt in your mouth. You will be delighted and completely blown away from his food.

Hands down the best meal I’ve had in months. A local recommended this stealth little spot (The Pickled Pig) and it did not disappoint. We ordered a wagu cheeseburger with bacon and grilled onions and one of their famous spicy fried chicken sandwiches, both on a bomb brioche bun with insanely good fries on the side. This region is clearly known for its amazing food, but we never would’ve expected it being served out of a nondescript takeout window during lunch hours only. What a gem! Thank you Josh and crew ????
