Swung by this place twice during our stay in CALISTOGA. Unassuming from the outside, the flavor from the ice cream they make there was exceptional. I've never had such good pistachio in my life! Maybe it's because I love cardamom ha. Homemade waffle cones smelled amazing and tasted great too. Great prices and friendly service top it all off. View all feedback.

My daughter and I really wanted to go and check out the ice cream because we've heard good reviews. We got there Wednesday night when yelp listed it as open, but it was actually closing an hour earlier and they would not service. So we decided to come back again. The ice cream here is excellent, with a wonderful variety of flavors to choose from. Plus, they offer fresh waffle cones!
Ice Cream: I tried the dark chocolate and sea salt caramel flavors in a waffle cone, and both were absolutely delicious. The ice cream has a smooth texture, though it's not entirely creamy and silky. Overall, it was quite good, and I would definitely return when I'm craving something sweet. Atmosphere: The shop is very small with limited outdoor seating. Price: The ice cream is reasonably priced, especially considering it's organic and made from scratch. Parking: There's street parking available nearby.
As for the flavors, the cardamom, saffron, and rose all have a lovely floral sweetness. The salted caramel was a hit, while the vanilla was just okay. The coffee flavor was excellent, and the chocolate vegan option was surprisingly good—almost indistinguishable from non-vegan ice cream. The honey mango yogurt, with bits of real mango, was fantastic, and the lemon sorbet had a nice tartness to it. They rotate their flavors every day, which is a nice touch!

We were hollering for about 20 minutes before we went somewhere else. Bummer. If they're not open, that's one thing but if they're open and you can't find someone to serve you? That's something else.
Delicious ice cream! But the highlight for me were the homemade gluten free waffle cones. I loved the cinnamon flavor and crunchiness.
