Mcdonald's - Feedback

What Cyrus Vincent T likes about Mcdonald's:
The place was tidy. My only issue with the staff and management is that whenever I come here for breakfast, I always pick cold coffee as a drink because it’s listed on their ordering machine as an option, but every time I do that, they tell me it’s not available and I have to wait for a manager to remove the item and then order another beverage. They would not give me butter and syrup and jelly, telling me I had to pay 10 pesos for each one when the other McDonalds don't do that! I'm a foreigner so they think they can charge me for every little thing This is an American company so I will file a complaint on the American website, and I also don't like the way I'm treated there.
