Terrible customer service at this Calimesa Boulevard location. Young lady took my they didn’t give me the proper amount of extra espresso shots that I paid for. and I understand that people make mistakes we are all human but it’s the attitude and the way she dealt with me which I found offensive. This location is hit and miss. Sometimes it’s a great experience sometimes it really is a drag. I’ve waited 15 min for a drink before waited 5 minutes. Probably not a safe bet of a location if your in any sort of a rush, it could be a while!!
It's always a nice place to visit. Even if they are busy they still get the orders out in a very timely manor.
I went in today and the staff were really nice and helpful. The drink was amazing and refreshing, I would highly recommend coming to this location!
The chocolate had almost no flavor and had a lot of water, and it took a long time to make it. The service was good but the store was somewhat dirty and neglected and there was a lot of trash everywhere.
Do you see an Ice Shaken Espresso with Vanilla cold foam and extra Caramel drizzle around the cup ? .2nd time I come thru the drive thru and most horrible experience. Staff with a nasty attitude! Whoever is the Manager here; you need to give a proper training to your staff. Barista needs to do better on drinks .
