New York Pizzaria - Calimesa

I stopped by unexpectedly while craving a salad and a sandwich. I ordered the salami sandwich, while my wife went for the turkey sandwich. We also shared a large antipasto salad. Everything was fresh and delicious, and we’re definitely looking forward to trying other items on the menu in the future.

We just visited this place after hearing about it from an employee at America's Best Inn. I grabbed two small pizzas and enjoyed a sandwich there. The sandwich was incredible, loaded with salami, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and Italian dressing. It was served open-faced and heated in the oven. One pizza had pepperoni and mushrooms, while the other featured pepperoni and cashews. The toppings were slightly hidden under a generous layer of cheese. The sandwich was amazing!!! The pizzas were fantastic too!!! We returned home with a fresh sub for my son, and I treated myself to another sub-deluxe. You absolutely have to stop by here! I haven't had a sub since the '70s.

Yesterday, I had a turkey grinder and a salad, and they were absolutely delicious! My boss took me out for lunch and ordered for me, and I'm so glad he did because I loved what he chose. I felt really happy about the meal—it's so convenient since we live just down the street. I'll definitely be going back for it again today. My mom also had one, and she was really impressed too. Hats off to the lady who served us—she was fantastic! Thank you, New York Pizza!

Before we entered the retro vault acade, we melt the pizza, so we had to get it afterwards. It was so good! Too bad it's about an hour or we'd get more. We make the trip up to get it as it is worth it.

Food was good price was reasonable. The deep dish was perfect, the standard pizza was about average but good. Their sandwiches are really good, tried the meatball and pepper and the torpedo. Rather have a sammich here than most other places.
