Had a big order today and unable to come pick up myself. I had it delivered but none of the tacos had any sauce what so ever. I specifically asked for hot sauce packets to the side and didn't even get that. I had a really big order and they messed up big time. I have guests over and now someone is having to go pick up just sauce because they were not doing there job apparently at this jack in the box. Horrible servic... View all feedback.
The kid wanted protein and I wanted coffee. Thought it might work. Need to pay for a whole bottle of milk so you can have your coffee with a little of milk. Strange. But then I should ask myself who stops at JITB for a coffee.
Well the staff was friendly and restroom and dining room was clean. My fries were nice and hot but got grossed out as I watched the cashier go from touching the register to touching the fries then eating them. Shake machine was full of spilt ice cream and the kitchen floor had fries and wrappers everywhere. I only ordered 2 things and was the only one in store, no one in drive thru. They still managed to forget one item. Needless to say not the best experience. Hopefullytheir cleanliness improves.

Horrible service and we tried calling a couple of times, I think they musthave taken the phone off of the line or shut the phone off after a couple of tries because the calls were not going through after a couple of tries. Horrible horrible service I do not recommend. And on top of that they were dry af.
Slowest drive thru ever. 4 cars and it took over 20 minutes, and they still got the order wrong and the fries were cold. @7pm. Update one month later and the drive-thru is worse! Update: 11 months later even worse. 9/24 10:15pm drive thru took 25 minutes, only one car in front of me. Order wrong again. Plenty of staff inside. No one answers the phone. Franchise should be revoked. This is just pitiful
Would give zero stars if possible. Never been to this particular location but go right by here every Friday around dinner time so thought we would try. Store looks new, clean, in good area etc. We decided to go inside. It was Friday 5:50 PM on October 7, 2022. The only customers in the store were what looked like 4 high school or college aged girls all sitting together no problem there. Walked in store, up to register, looking up at posted menu...etc. Meanwhile, the dark haired young man who should have been helping to take our order was frantically giggling LOUDLY laughing about who knows what ?? with his co workers who were nearby off to the side , in cooking area. Instead of approaching us,the customers, the boy quickly dashes off to point something ?? out to 3 or 4 co workers in other part of kitchen where all erupt in laughter. My wife and I were left alone at register feeling awkwardly uncomfortable. I asked her, what do you think about going somewhere else for dinner tonight instead? She responded, That 's exactly what I was just thinking too So, as the kids were still all giggling we were headed toward the exit. As we were walking out theactual door the one girl with somewhat long hair ?? I think loudly exclaims to one of the others in a humorous tone You just made those people leave! as if that was also something funny to point out. Apparently, the manager was notthere at the time but whoever the shift lead was should definitely be replaced. The owners or management need to get this store back under control . Very unpleasant experience and extremely unprofessional. Of course we will never returnto this location. What a shame.
