Food is a lot and nicely staged. But don’t buy the fried chicken. I bought the fried chicken dinner and I have never had fried chicken that was that bad. Crust to hard and salty. It was cooked to long. I really wanted fried chicken where I didn’t have to travel to Lancaster or cook it myself. I guess the next time I want fried chicken I’ll cook it myself or drive to Lancaster. I called in for a order of fries only and they gave me old fries and a bunch of salt. disappointing! I've ordered here before and you can tell it's going down hill.

Do they really need to mop the floors with bleach while customers are sitting in in the dining area eating?! I'm glad they are keeping it clean but the smell of bleach is toxic especially while waiting or eating! Do better Primos! Food: 3 Service: 1

Beware within a hour of paying with my credit card at this establishment I started receiving unauthorized charges all over the country.
