"We went to the restaurant around 11 o'clock. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger and a shake at just after 9 PM, but there were issues with the service. This has happened repeatedly, and I'm getting frustrated. I wish I could reach out to the manager or share my thoughts about how the employees are treating customers.".
