Black River General Store - Califon

I'm a big fan of their muffins! The home-cooked food is fantastic, and I was thrilled to see they added cheese steaks and organic hamburgers—both of which were excellent. However, you have to forget your diet and indulge in one of their chocolate chip cookies! Mmm, so delicious!

This morning, I had the delightful experience of discovering a fantastic little spot conveniently located on my route from my new job. I've been searching for a place for breakfast and lunch, and today I struck gold. It was a real treat to find an authentic deli after returning to New Jersey from Pennsylvania. I’m so glad to be back!

It’s truly a pleasure to see that this restaurant takes the time to taste and perfect their own recipes, unlike many delis that rely on pre-processed food. The quality is evident, and it’s absolutely worth the price. I appreciate the effort you put into your dishes!

I was absolutely amazed this is the cleanest, nicest and most superb food offerings available you could eat off the floors it is so clean in there, the people could not be any nicer way to go Chef Davis
