It was just two days ago, and I was so pleased to hear that my mom and dad had a fantastic evening. I am even happier because I had wanted to celebrate with them despite the challenges of the pandemic, but thanks to the Gateway Hotel team, we had a fantastic experience with their friendly, polite, and professional service. I must mention three names here: Mr. Murali Krishna, Mr. Shine Thomas, and Mr. Joy. Without their support and collaboration, this special evening would not have been possible. I opted for the buffet, and since it was my parents' anniversary, they also provided a complimentary cake. To enhance the ambience, they decorated the table with fresh flowers from their garden and a special map. I am grateful to everyone who assisted me in making this occasion memorable. More than the delicious food, it was the exceptional service that truly impressed us. I apologize for the lengthy review, but every detail was important to me.
