One of the best meal I've had in cali! A contemporary approach to food with Colombian spirit, the restaurant offers an omakase style pre fixe menu that exceeded my relatively high expectations. The 4 course vegetarian menu for 2 was 115mil, and it shows in the food that the chefs have a clear understanding of contrasting textures and temperatures in food. Service was excellent and ambiance was casual. The meal was well worth the price, Treat yoself!
What a wonderful moment we had here. Beside the food that is really the best we had in Cali (you can check my other reviews in Cali I never said that for another place), the whole moment and experience was delightful. The Chef and his team make you feel the modern Colombian cuisine! All the ingredients are source in the country, from all the colorful vegetables to the alcool used in the cocktails. There is no strict Menu, you just entered in a R&D center for the mouth, eyes, and palate. We had a 5 courses menu for 2 for a more than reasonable price (2/3 of what we paid the night before). I just took one picture, we were to busy enjoying the moment. The pic is fresh closed canneloni, on a pomodoro sauce with a pesto of carrot leaves, a kind of “sour” cream and Colombian Chorizo.
