Contribute FeedbackWe have visited the Simon Parilla restaurant for lunch with a group of 12. With a mix of traditional Colombian dishes, like sancocho modongo and meat we had like a good mix of what the restaurant offers. The service was very slow. Its a big restaurant and maybe they were understaffed. Most of the dishes were served cold. Personal, my meat, the baby beef, and french fries were completely cold. When I sent it back, and got it returned in 10 minutes, again completey cold.... The other dishes were also served quite cold. This was not nice and spolied the lunch a bit. Although the food is not bad.
The place was empty, I had my doubts and almost left. Then I thought, it 's raining, it 's a Monday night, and 8pm.. so against my instinct, I came back in. Needles to say, it was a great choice. The service wasn 't great but, acceptable. Our appetizer was Entrada vayecaucana , delicious. Main dish, and out of this world, LA Bandeja Paisa. My associate had Milanesa o chuleta... not quite sure.. but looked amazing. If you 're around this part of the world, give this place a shot.
Not very happy here. I've been coming for a few years and was always very happy. The service is bad. If you are going to be not surprised to see tables unclear. After dinner no one takes your plates away. It's very sad. I'm looking for another restaurant.
I want to give 5 launches to this place. Not only because of the quality of food, but the amazing service to order from the country. They take my orders from the USA directly and without errors delivered to my parents in Cali, Colombia. Excellent food and excellent service.
Muy buena comida tradicional, pero definitivamente lo mejor son las carnes, siempre en su punto y con un buen sabor.
