But as pe... read more Really delicious Peruvian food. The only reason there isn’t a 5th star is the fact that the physical space could be a bit more well kept and designed. But as per the food and service; truly excellent. We had ceviche, jalea (crispy seafood), and causa (mashed yellow potato-avocado and mayo) with shrimp. Seafood was super fresh and jalea was perfectly fried (crunchy but not oily). Piscos cut the flavor superbly. Will return!
