Amazing Ramen, the best in town. The tase and ingredients are the best, so far every single person I invited there, they have completely fallen in love with them
It was a night with friends; and according to their proposal I have to go to this place. We arrived there at 8:00, give or take a few minutes. We starve; when we arrived, the place was full and we thought... that was a good signal; so we helped the only available table. First failure, we had no greetings or orientation, what ever was. We were finally noticed after a few minutes and were handed over the menus, we wanted to ask something on our server so we tried to catch their attention or other servers, but we got a request waiting -hand in the air signal from two different waiters. When she finally came to our table, she only let us know that they were all noodles; what a waiver, when is the early on Saturday night and the word ramen on the name of the restaurant. So we drove to the exit as soon as we came. No thoughts about the food as we couldn't try.
We had a ramen soup, a seafood stick which was breaded and deep fried (nothing like that in the description), we had Teppan something and a ' 'Baly rice ' ', which we left after a few bites, both tasted exactly the same by the way. In all...one of the worst restaurants in a long time. It also makes tripadvisor unreliable that something with 4,5 stars can be that bad.
Looking for something other than standard Colombian farewell, we decided to give this a dinner. We came to an almost complete restaurant and saw a number of comments about bad service at busy times we were easily worried. We don't have to worry. We sat and within 30 seconds a smiling waitress arrived and asked if we wanted to drink something. Our drinks arrived within minutes at what time we placed our order of Negi Chashumen and regular Chashumen. We waited no more than 5 minutes for two delicious bowls of noodles to get hot. All elements of the dishes were made beautiful, including perfectly cooked egg, smelted pork and a broth with real taste depth. We lived in Tokyo for 3 years and that was a really good version of this Japanese classic. I think the taste is slightly adapted, either to the local taste or because of the difficulty of obtaining all authentic ingredients, but nevertheless an extremely tasty rug for which we would return happy. Very recommended for noodle fans.
I've been here about ten times and like all of the dishes I've tried. The lunch special is amazing for the price: for COP 9600 $3) you get a standard ramen, dumpling and a drink. I highly recommend you ask for a soft boiled egg... huevo blandito) because the ones the are hard boiled. Coming from San Francisco, California I have a pretty high expectation for Ramen and I have to say this place is with a try.
