By the time we had nearly finished our first plate, we still hadn't received our drinks. After waiting 15 minutes for the fried chicken and shrimp to arrive, we were informed that they were out of shrimp and that the chicken would be ready in 3 minutes. However, 20 minutes later and still no chicken, I became frustrated and decided to leave. I won't be returning.

It would have been a five star review, but the manager, whose name we found out was Rachel Hyde, was extraordinarily rude to us, speaking in a condescending tone and generally making a scene before we'd even had a chance to be seated. It's a shame to see talented staff held back by such incompetent management.

I was traveling to Knoxville, Tn to take my daughter to the zoo for her birthday when I seen a billboard and knew we had to stop and eat. I do remember it tasting better (it was not bad though) back in the day. We were seated quickly and the food came out on a timely manner. I wish they would bring this restaurant closer to Atlanta!

The highlight of my visit was definitely the waitstaff; my waitress ensured that my drink, as well as those of my two children, were never empty. The price was a bit higher than I anticipated, but it was still within a manageable range.
