Little Caesars Pizza - Calhoun

The quality of the pizza can be hit or miss—sometimes it’s delicious, but other times it ends up soggy and undercooked. On the bright side, if I ever encounter a problem, the staff is always quick to address it and happily replaces my order without any hassle.

I have to say, I really enjoy Little Caesars, but I’m confused about the purpose of their HEATED pizza portal. It’s supposed to be "hot and ready," but it seems like the employees rarely use it. In my last three orders placed through the app, I went to pick up my pizza from the portal, only to find it wasn’t there. Instead, it was sitting on a cold rack. To make matters worse, since it wasn't in the portal, I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to notice me so I could finally get my order. Thanks for the hot pizza—once again, I'll just have to put it in the oven myself.

Although this restaurant is significantly better than the one in Cartersville, I've noticed a consistent issue: even when we order a topping like mushrooms, they aren't on every pizza. To solve this, we've started ordering extra mushrooms and paying for them, but in our last four orders, the amount we've received has still been less than what we paid for. It's quite frustrating.

I went to the dive that gave me orders that they told me to drive park. I checked my order a few times. You said it wasn't ready. 41 minutes later, I'll go back in and get the things out of the warmer. Omg I'm so disappointed that many people got their orders and drove while I waited...

I usually like Little Caesars but this trip was awful. Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas (their special item at the time). Had to wait about 20-25 minutes on them. Then when I got home they were burnt to the point almost half of them couldn't be ate and almost no sauce at all on them. Very disappointed. Doubt I will ever visit this location again.
